• Assist in recruiting and staffing activities.
• Assist with store merchandising and stocking according to store manager direction.
• Support inventory management and accuracy, including damages and markdowns.
• Follow prescribed ordering practices to meet in-stock targets.
• Provide superior customer service leadership.
• Assist in opening and closing duties of the store.
• Ensure cash handling and deposit controls are properly executed.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked stores and a safe environment for customers and employees.
