Job summary

You will help recruit, stock merchandising, manage records, and ensure compliance with policies. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and retail experience; strong leadership, math, and cash handling skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• One year of experience in a retail environment preferred for external candidates.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as diagrams, safety rules, operating instructions and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting and staffing activities.
• Assist with store merchandising and stocking per direction.
• Assist in all aspects of inventory management and audits.
• Follow ordering practices to meet in-stock targets.
• Provide superior customer service leadership.
• Ensure cash handling and deposit controls are maintained.
• Support store opening and closing activities.
• Review operating statements for trends and opportunities.
• Complete all required paperwork and documentation.
