Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• One year of experience in a retail environment preferred for external candidates.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting and staffing activities.
• Assist with store merchandising and stock presentation according to established practices.
• Manage inventory including damages, markdowns, scans, paperwork and controls.
• Follow ordering practices to meet in-stock targets.
• Provide superior customer service leadership.
• Follow company procedures and policies.
