Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years supervision or management in a customer-facing environment.

• Ability to work flexible schedules, including holidays, weekends, and overtime, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Build a dynamic team and a positive culture at the Supply Center.
• Train and lead staff to provide exceptional customer experiences.
• Supervise and review personnel including performance evaluations and tasks.
• Manage inventory cycle counts and resolve discrepancies.
• Oversee inventory with corporate purchasing for materials and equipment.
• Coordinate deliveries, shipments, and service coordination for equipment.
