Job summary

Crafco, Inc. in Memphis, TN seeks a Hybrid Manufacturing/Retail Manager to lead a combined manufacturing center and retail store.

This role oversees building and staffing, equipment, inside sales, service center, safety, inventory, and ensuring quality‑controlled production of asphalt sealer, pothole patch, and pavement stencils. You will manage a small team, guarantee day‑to‑day operations, plan staffing, budgets, and sales goals, and coordinate with corporate leadership to implement

Qualifications

• 3+ years supervisory experience in manufacturing or production.
• Knowledge of inventory management and ERP systems.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team (5-7) and mentor staff to foster a high-performance culture.
• Oversee day-to-day manufacturing and operations with safe, accurate, timely production.
• Manage inventory, purchasing, and scheduling to optimize efficiency.
• Maintain store merchandising, customer service, and sales coordination.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance and quality control across operations.
• Collaborate with Territory Managers on sales initiatives and business development.
