Job summary

Crafco, Inc. in Akron, OH is seeking a Store Manager to lead our equipment and supply center. You will build a high-performing team, drive exceptional customer experiences, and ensure smooth retail and manufacturing operations with safety and efficiency at the forefront.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and maintaining facility and equipment. A competitive salary with a robust benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years supervision or management experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Supervision experience in a related retail or customer-facing environment is preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required; additional college/technical education desirable.

Responsibilities

• Build a dynamic team and a positive culture at the Akron Supply Center.
• Train and lead staff to provide exceptional customer experiences.
• Promote positive employee relations with staff, customers, visitors and vendors.
• Supervise and review personnel, including performance evaluations and task assignment.
• Manage inventory cycle counts and resolve discrepancies.
• Oversee inventory with corporate purchasing for materials, parts and equipment stock.
• Participate in monthly safety and operations meetings and report on performance.
• Enter work orders, inventory and warranty information accurately; maintain repair files.
• Understand all production processes and fill in as needed.
• Oversee outbound shipments and coordinate with freight companies.
• Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on pumps and equipment.
• Execute additional duties as assigned by corporate management.
