Job summary

Crafco, Inc. seeks a Hybrid Manufacturing/Retail Manager for the Memphis Supply Center in TN. This role blends manufacturing operations with retail store leadership, overseeing staffing, equipment, safety, and inventory to ensure smooth production and sales.

You will manage a small team, drive process improvements, coordinate with customers and vendors, and ensure quality-controlled manufacturing of asphalt sealer, pothole patch, and related products while meeting deadlines and budgets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years supervisory experience in manufacturing or production.
• High school diploma or GED; college/technical education a plus.
• Knowledge of inventory, warehousing, shipping, and purchasing.
• Experience with ERP systems, SAP a plus.
• Forklift certification desired.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day manufacturing and operations for a hybrid facility.
• Lead a small team of 5–7 employees; mentor and train staff.
• Maintain safety, regulatory compliance, and quality control.
• Oversee inside sales, service center, and store merchandising.
• Coordinate with Territory Managers on sales and business development.
