Wolford, a global luxury fashion house, seeks a Store Manager for our Boston boutique to drive operations, sales performance, and elevated client service on the shop floor, reflecting the brand's standards of excellence and European heritage. You will recruit and develop a high-performing team, set ambitious sales targets, manage scheduling, and uphold brand standards across locations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Store Manager in a retail environment (luxury retail strongly preferred).
• Strong leadership and team-building capabilities with the ability to motivate and inspire.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data, communicate sales results, and set actionable goals.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and retain a high-performing sales team in accordance with HR guidelines.
• Set monthly individual sales targets and drive performance through ongoing coaching and development.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, delivering best-in-class customer service.
• Monitor daily team operations, including scheduling, attendance, and productivity.
• Address performance issues in collaboration with HR and company policies.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and foster accountability and growth.
• Organize and execute the annual inventory stock take.
• Analyze sales trends and identify opportunities for growth and client acquisition.
• Maintain visual and operational excellence in-store to uphold brand standards.

STORE MANAGER - BOSTON, MASSACHUSETTS

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to oversee our Boston boutique and drive operational excellence, client engagement, and sales performance across both locations. The ideal candidate will be a passionate leader with a strong background in luxury retail, a keen sense for team development, and a focus on achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, onboard, and retain a high-performing sales team in accordance with HR guidelines.
• Set monthly individual sales targets and drive performance through ongoing coaching and development.
• Lead by example through active presence on the sales floor, delivering best-in-class customer service.
• Monitor daily team operations, including scheduling, attendance, and productivity.
• Address performance and behavioural issues in collaboration with Human Resources and in line with company policies.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and foster a culture of accountability and growth.
• Organize and execute the annual inventory stock take.
• Analyze sales trends and identify market opportunities for growth and client acquisition.
• Maintain visual and operational excellence in-store to uphold brand standards.
