The manager analyzes financial statements to meet goals and promotes asset protection and compliant processes. Salary includes a competitive hourly wage plus a performance bonus. Eligible for benefits and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management and customer service experience in retail/sales is a PLUS.
• Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and perform duties for extended periods.
• Able to work flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate a customer-centric environment by engaging customers professionally and addressing issues.
• Monitor and assist in training Pawnbrokers to meet FirstCash standards.
• Recruit top talent through prescribed channels and manage store operations.
• Open/close store, count cash drawers and merchandise, protect assets.
• Administer store inventory, loan management, merchandising, and reporting.
• Drive profitability by evaluating financial statements and setting goals.
• Ensure compliance with FirstCash standards and loan processes.
