Trek Store Altamonte Springs is seeking a Store Manager who will direct daily operations, set customer experience standards, and drive sales. You’ll lead a diverse team and ensure a welcoming, high-performing environment that serves the local biking community.

You’ll hire, train, and schedule staff; oversee merchandising, inventory, and budget management; mentor leaders and foster a fun, inclusive culture that aligns with Trek’s values.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year leading a team and coaching performance.
• At least 2 years in the retail world.
• Strong leadership and people skills.
• Passion for biking and customer service.

Responsabilités

• Drive sales and lead the floor with hospitality to achieve top performance.
• Lead training across key areas and conduct leadership reviews.
• Maintain organized, shopper-friendly store with merchandising and inventory control.
• Manage hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and team development.
