Trek is seeking a Store Manager for its Altamonte Springs location. You will lead daily operations, set standards for exceptional customer experiences, drive sales, and mentor a high-performing team to deliver outstanding results for the community.

You’ll be responsible for planning, staffing, inventory, and store performance, while fostering a positive culture and adapting quickly to changing retail needs.

Qualifications

• Retail fundamentals including KPIs, budgets and P&L awareness.
• Experience leading a team and coaching for results.
• 2+ years in retail preferred with strong customer focus.
