ARKATIRE LLC is hiring a Store Manager – Automotive Service in Fayetteville, AR. You will lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team while delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving store profitability.

ARKATIRE LLC is a growth focused retail automotive platform based in NWA. Through years of experience and a network of trusted advisors, we have a proven formula for long-term growth in retail automotive. We currently have 3 locations under the names of “University Auto and Tire” and “The Grease Pig Lube and Tune”. All three are in Fayetteville, Arkansas, with great reputations in our community. This opportunity is ideal for someone who has the drive and leadership ability to grow into managing an automotive service location. Previous automotive management experience is a plus, but it is not required. We are willing to develop the right person who demonstrates strong leadership, accountability, customer service, and a desire to grow.

Our Store Managers are responsible for developing their team, delivering an excellent customer experience, driving sales and operational performance, and maintaining high standards throughout the shop.
