ARKATIRE LLC is hiring a Store Manager – Automotive Service in Fayetteville, AR. You will lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team while delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving store profitability.

Role emphasizes leadership, accountability, and growth, with a focus on building strong shop workflows and maintaining high standards. Previous automotive management is a plus, but not required.

• Leadership experience in automotive/service retail preferred.
• Willingness to develop the right person who demonstrates strong leadership, accountability, customer service, and a desire to grow.
