We're seeking a dedicated individual to join our service center management team. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to, managing the daily operations of the retail location to ensure an excellent customer experience, supervising and training team members, ensuring operational efficiency, tracking goals, analyzing trends, and resolving guest concerns. Strong leadership skills, excellent verbal and written communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential. Previous experience in retail, customer service, or related fields is advantageous.
