We are looking for an experienced Manager to join our team!

A Sales Manager takes on many roles, including managing daily operations such as generating sales, communicating with customers, building client relationships, and managing the technical team.

Position Responsibilities:

1. Perform a high volume of warm calls to potential customers (must have excellent phone sales skills and the ability to close deals in one call).
2. Engage and consult with incoming customers, both in-person and over the phone, to generate and close sales successfully.
3. Greet customers and recommend services.
4. Manage technician workflow and the status of customers' vehicle repairs.
5. Order parts and manage inventory.
6. Deliver high-quality customer service and maintain quality control over all aspects of the center's business, operations, and work output.
