Position Overview

As an Automotive Account Manager at Click Here Digital, you will serve as a trusted consultant to our clients, working closely with them to understand their unique business goals and challenges. You will be responsible for crafting and executing digital strategies that leverage our suite of services to deliver measurable results. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of digital marketing trends.

Essential Functions
  1. Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, serving as their main point of contact for all digital strategy and execution matters.
  2. Plan and execute digital marketing strategies based on client goals and objectives, and consult with clients on processes and industry best practices.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies and ensure the success of campaign delivery, performance, and execution based on client objectives.
  4. Communicate daily with clients regarding advertising strategy and campaign performance, providing actionable insights.
  5. Develop and present detailed digital marketing proposals that encompass strategies, goals, tactics, and KPIs.
  6. Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide strategic insights to optimize digital strategies for maximum impact.
  7. Evaluate client needs and assist in driving revenue growth while identifying new opportunities.
  8. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful execution of digital campaigns.
  9. Identify upsell opportunities within existing client accounts.
  10. Prepare reports for clients, outlining campaign performance and demonstrating the value delivered.
  11. Stay up to date with industry trends and technologies, advising clients on opportunities.
  12. Handle issues or concerns during client projects, ensuring timely resolution and satisfaction.
  13. Travel quarterly or as needed for client consultations.
  14. Perform other duties related to the position as assigned.
Required Qualifications
  1. Experience in digital marketing, account management, client services, or a related field.
  2. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels such as SEM, SEO, Online Display, and Social Media marketing.
  3. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Ability to analyze data sets and identify industry KPI trends.
  5. Excellent project management skills, capable of managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  6. Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, etc.
