Bridgestone Retail Operations, part of Bridgestone Americas, is seeking a Store Manager in Nashville, TN. The role typically requires 40+ hours per week across five days, with weekends possible, and salary range from $67,430 to $114,620 per year.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated success in retail sales management.
• Problem solving in customer complaints.
• Ability to manage inventory, scheduling, and merchandising displays.
• Assist customers for personal sales as well as complaints to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
• Excellent teammate and customer communication skills.
• Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• 2 year college degree or equivalent.

• Follow up with customers to obtain feedback and ensure they are satisfied with received.
