Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Store Manager responsible for sales growth, profitability, and overall store operations to reflect the company's image. You will lead a team to deliver prompt, courteous service, manage scheduling, payroll, and inventory while maintaining pricing and loss prevention standards.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and knowledge of automotive parts and systems, with preferred certifications in parts management and ASE.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication skills and be well organized with the ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently.
• Knowledge of automotive parts, equipment, and systems is required.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired) and relevant certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct store team to maximize sales and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Solicit orders, sell company products, and represent the company according to policies.
• Supervise hiring, scheduling, timekeeping, and payroll for store staff.
• Establish pricing levels for professional customers with Sales/Pricing Departments.
• Ensure store merchandising, planograms, and losses prevention procedures are followed.
