Job summary

Sanel NAPA Auto Parts in Eliot, ME seeks a Store Manager to lead our retail and wholesale parts business. You will coach a team, grow sales, and own store performance in a hands-on leadership role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience, preferably in retail, automotive, or related industry.
• Experience coaching and developing a team.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Track record of building customer relationships and driving sales.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license and clean Motor Vehicle Record.

Annual Salary: $70,000-$ 75,000
Bonus Eligibility: Store Manager Bonus Program- up to $1,600 per month

Sanel NAPA Auto Parts is looking for a strong, motivated Store Manager to lead our Eliot, ME team and drive the success of our retail and wholesale parts business. What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

We're looking for a leader who is comfortable taking ownership, making decisions, and getting involved in the day-to-day operation of the business.

You’ll ideally have:

• 3+ years of management experience, preferably in retail, automotive, automotive parts, or a related industry
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing a team
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
• A track record of building customer relationships and driving sales
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• A valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record

Automotive parts experience is preferred, but strong retail leaders who are willing to learn are encouraged to apply.
