Sanel NAPA Auto Parts is seeking a Store Manager in Meredith, NH to lead our team and drive both retail and wholesale success. The role emphasizes ownership, customer relations, and sales growth, with a competitive salary and a monthly bonus opportunity.

You'll coach and develop staff, manage payroll and scheduling, and partner with HR and Area Management to execute sales initiatives. Expect about 50 hours per week in a hands-on leadership position with strong incentives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience, preferably in retail or automotive parts.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing a team.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem solving skills.
• Track record of building customer relationships and driving sales.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record.

Competitive salary based on experience + monthly Store Manager bonus opportunity of up to $1,600

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a leader who is comfortable taking ownership, making decisions, and getting involved in the day-to-day operation of the business.

You'll ideally have:

• 3+ years of management experience, preferably in retail, automotive, automotive parts, or a related industry
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing a team
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
• A track record of building customer relationships and driving sales
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• A valid driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record

Automotive parts experience is preferred, but strong retail leaders who are willing to learn are encouraged to apply.
