Job summary

Sanel NAPA Auto Parts in Burlington, VT is seeking a Store Manager to lead our team and drive sales, customer relationships, and overall store profitability.

As Store Manager, you will coach staff, manage payroll and inventory, and partner with Outside Sales to grow wholesale business, with an emphasis on high standards of service and accountability. Eligible for a monthly bonus up to $1,600 and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management or leadership experience.
• Experience in Retail, Automotive or automotive parts, Operations, Wholesale or distribution.
• Automotive parts experience is preferred, but not required.

Sanel NAPA Auto Parts is looking for a Store Manager to lead our Burlington, VT location.

This is an opportunity for an experienced leader who enjoys developing people, building customer relationships, growing sales, and taking ownership of the overall success of a business.

As Store Manager, you will:

• Lead, coach, and develop a team
• Drive sales and build strong customer and wholesale relationships
• Manage store profitability, payroll, scheduling, inventory, and controllable expenses
• Partner with Outside Sales to grow wholesale business
• Work with HR on hiring, onboarding, coaching, development, and performance management
• Execute sales initiatives and business plans with your Area Manager
• Create a culture of accountability, teamwork, and excellent customer service

What we're looking for:

We're interested in leaders with 3+ years of management or leadership experience, particularly those with experience in:

• Retail
• Automotive or automotive parts
• Operations
• Wholesale or distribution

Automotive parts experience is preferred, but not required. Strong retail, sales, operations, or customer-focused leaders who are ready to learn the business are encouraged to apply.

What you'll earn:

$65,000–$75,000 annual salary

Eligibility for the Store Manager Bonus Program, with a monthly bonus opportunity of up to $1,600

Store Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM and Saturday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM

Expected commitment: Approximately 50 hours per week
