Job summary

Sanel NAPA Auto Parts in Meredith, NH is seeking a hands-on Store Manager to lead our Burlington team and drive both retail and wholesale success.

You will recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team, build strong customer relationships, and Own store profitability. The role requires a proactive leader who can manage operations, inventory, and staff while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience, preferably in retail or automotive parts.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing a team.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build customer relationships and drive sales.
• Valid driver's license and satisfactory motor vehicle record.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop your team to deliver excellent customer service.

• Partner with outside sales to maintain wholesale accounts.

Sanel NAPA Auto Parts is looking for a strong, motivated Store Manager to lead our Burlington team and drive the success of our retail and wholesale parts business.

Competitive salary based on experience + monthly Store Manager bonus opportunity of up to $1,600

What You'll Do

As Store Manager, you'll have a direct impact on the success of your store. You'll:

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a leader who is comfortable taking ownership, making decisions, and getting involved in the day-to-day operation of the business.

You’ll ideally have:

• 3+ years of management experience, preferably in retail, automotive, automotive parts, or a related industry
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing a team
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
• A track record of building customer relationships and driving sales
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• A valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record

Automotive parts experience is preferred, but strong retail leaders who are willing to learn are encouraged to apply.
