Job summary

Mega Saver is seeking a Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager to oversee all store operations and develop a high-performing team. You will drive sales, uphold upscale guest service, and maintain visual standards to deliver an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, optimizing labor, and ensuring policy compliance while fostering a positive, customer-focused culture. Weekend and holiday availability is required.
