Job summary

Beyond Yoga, a Levi Strauss & Co. brand, seeks a Store Manager to bring the brand to life inside a physical space. You will lead with intention, drive business results, and build meaningful connections in the community, delivering a hospitality-driven culture and in-depth product knowledge.

The role emphasizes experiential selling, merchandising standards, safety, and collaboration. Experience in retail is preferred; flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Retail experience in apparel or activewear preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to maneuver on sales floor, stock room and office, and lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and customer experience through hospitality and brand storytelling.
• Lead merchandising and store operations to reflect Beyond Yoga standards.
• Protect store safety, cleanliness and adherence to health protocols.
• Engage with community events, in-store pop-ups and clienteling.
