Job summary

Majors Management-Maritime Farms is seeking a Store Manager to lead an onsite Maine location. You will oversee daily operations, optimize inventory, and drive profitability while delivering a superior guest experience.

The role requires at least 1 year of retail management, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work at least 50 hours per week, including some evenings and weekends. You will recruit, train, and develop the team and manage P&L with a focus on results.

• Available to be on call 24/7.

Job Type: Full Time

Location: Onsite

Pay Range: Starting at $21/hr based on experience. This role is also eligible for training & performance based incentives.

The Store Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the store’s team and operations. This position will be responsible for driving store profitability, managing inventory levels, recruiting and hiring talent, and providing superior guest experience.
