Job summary

Majors Management - Maritime Farms is seeking a Store Manager to lead all aspects of the store’s team and operations onsite. You will drive profitability, manage inventory, recruit and hire talent, and deliver a superior guest experience.

The role requires at least 1 year of retail management, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends, with potential for 50 hours per week and on-call coverage.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of retail management experience.
• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver's license and MVR.
• Hours flexible, including evenings/weekends/holidays, and ability to work at least 50 hours per week, including one weekend per month.
• Availability to be on call 24/7.

Pay: Starting at $21/hr based on experience. This role is also eligible for training & performance based incentives
