Majors Management- Maritime Farms is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to oversee day-to-day store operations on site in Maine. You will train and develop a team to deliver a superior guest experience while meeting sales goals.

The role requires leadership, a strong focus on guests, and the ability to manage finances, payroll, and loss prevention to maximize store performance. Competitive pay and benefits accompany weekly pay cycles.

• Clearly set expectations with employees and track results.
• Focus on execution and creating a systems culture in your store.
• Discipline tooptimizere results by efficient expense spending and thorough planning.
• Assistwith monitoring financials and sales to understand current business.
• Assistwith forecasting and analysis of business trends and functions within payroll, loss prevention, and controllable expensesin order to maximize store performance and profitability

Reports to:Store Manager

Job Type:Part orFull Time

Location:Onsite

Pay Range:$18-20/hr depending on experience.This role is also eligible for training based incentives.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
