Your role as a Store Manager

Your role starts with the customer experience. Manage talent, inspire your team, and ensure every customer leaves satisfied. Provide an unforgettable experience with tailored solutions for hair and beauty needs. Oversee store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, manage budgets, control expenses, grow sales, and oversee inventory. Ensure safety and security for customers, staff, and assets by enforcing company policies and procedures. Maintain a clean, attractive store environment.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of sales management experience.
• Experience in operations, finance, and performance management.
• Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Passion for hair and beauty.

Legal and Physical Requirements

Must lift up to 25 lbs occasionally, work around fumes and odors, and perform physical activities such as standing, walking, bending, and lifting. Exposure to irritant chemicals may occur.
