Job summary

Murphy USA Inc. is seeking a Store Manager in Wynne, AR to lead daily retail operations, coach the team, and deliver a top customer experience. You will manage scheduling, inventory, promotions, and store-level metrics while ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 1+ year of store management or 2+ years of assistant management experience, with the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• At least one year of continuous store or retail management experience.
• Two years of continuous Assistant Store Manager or Supervisor experience.

Responsibilities

• Hiring, training and developing your team to grow with us, coaching and mentoring toward success.
• Maintain proactive operational excellence to manage expenses, drive sales and promotions, and oversee inventory and schedules.
• Support rollout of company initiatives and achieve store-level and district goals.
• Deliver best-in-class customer service when assisting customers.
• Stock, clean, operate the cash register and perform other duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Hiring, training and developing your team to grow with us – assume the role of a coach and mentor to your team, guiding them toward success and development
• Maintaining a proactive operational excellence mindset to efficiently manage operation expenses, drive sales growth and promotional activities, manage product orders and inventory, schedule shifts, conduct surveys and continuously strive to exceed company metrics
• Supporting rollouts of company initiatives and reaching store-level and district goals
• Helping your team by demonstrating best-in-class customer service when assisting customers
• Stocking, cleaning, working the cash register and any other additional duties, as needed
