Job summary

Murphy USA is looking for a Store Manager to lead a busy Murphy USA location in Spring Hill, TN. You’ll drive a best-in-class customer experience while managing all facets of a fast-paced retail business.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age (19+ in Indiana, 20+ in Kentucky, 21+ in Tennessee and specified states).
• Bachelor’s Degree or one year of continuous store/retail management experience or two years of continuous Assistant Store Manager or Supervisor experience.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and develop your team to grow with us, acting as coach and mentor for success and development.
• Maintain a proactive operational excellence mindset to efficiently manage operation expenses, drive sales growth and promotional activities, manage product orders and inventory, schedule shifts, conduct surveys and strive to exceed company metrics.
• Support rollouts of company initiatives and reaching store-level and district goals.
• Help your team by delivering best-in-class customer service when assisting customers.
• Stock, clean, operate the cash register, and perform any other duties as needed.

Responsibilities

Our store managers are the backbone of our teams and keep us united. While leading your team to greatness, you’ll have the autonomy to run your own small business by:

• Hiring, training and developing your team to grow with us – assume the role of a coach and mentor to your team, guiding them toward success and development
