Our Store Managers are responsible for overall site performance and managing approximately 5-15 store employees. They are viewed as small business owners, accountable for delivering excellent customer service, operational excellence, and employee development.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales growth, promotional sales, and customer service results
• Manage store operating costs to be at or below plan
• Ensure store is fully staffed with succession plans; train team members to proficiency and adherence to principles and core competencies
• Maintain compliance with fuel and merchandising programs
• Support company initiatives and implement changes
• Report and handle safety incidents as per guidelines

Minimum Requirements

• Must be 18+ years old (19 in Indiana, 20 in Kentucky, 21 in Illinois, Arkansas, Kansas, Alabama)
• Bachelor’s Degree OR 1 year of Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager experience
• Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
• Perform other duties as assigned
