What You’ll Do

  • Monitor and improve store Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Lead team projects like promotional setups and re-merchandising
  • Support operational tasks including cash handling, stock management, and cleaning
  • Maintain a safe, positive work environment following policies and laws

What You’ll Need

  • Determination to complete tasks and meet store targets
  • Experience in team leadership in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent customer service and de-escalation skills
  • Willingness to participate in physical store tasks daily
  • Must be 21 or older
  • Ability to obtain and maintain ServSafe certification
