Edikted is seeking an experienced Store Manager for our new Nashville store. You will lead a high-energy team, drive sales, and ensure an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced retail setting.

Key responsibilities include sales leadership, team development, visual merchandising, and loss prevention. This role requires 2-3+ years of retail management, a passion for fashion, and flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of retail management experience.
• Passionate about fashion, customer service, and team building.
• Organized, results-driven, and always looking for ways to improve.
• Able to lift up to 20 lbs, move around the store with ease, and handle physical tasks when needed.
• Open to working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Tech-savvy—comfortable with basic computer skills and store management systems.
