Edikted is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Washington, DC, to support the Store Manager in driving sales and creating an inviting shopping environment. You’ll coach a dynamic team, analyze performance, and ensure smooth daily operations.

The role requires 1–2+ years of retail management experience, a passion for fashion and customer service, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends. This is a hands-on leadership position in a fast-paced store.
