About the Team

The Store Manager will be the ultimate Pandora Fan. You will fully immerse yourself in our brand, culture, and product while taking immense pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will spend quality time on the sales floor, engaging with customers and working alongside your team to drive sales. You will coach and manage a team of Assistant Store Managers, Sales Leads, and Sales Associates.

Responsibilities

• Coach and manage the sales team, fostering accountability for individual and store performance.
• Embrace the store culture, building brand ambassadors and exceeding individual and store sales goals.
• Build authentic connections with fans to surpass commercial targets and KPIs.
• Create unforgettable shopping moments that exceed expectations through product knowledge and brand loyalty.
• Coach and inspire the sales team with real‑time feedback and guidance to achieve KPI goals.
• Craft loyal fans by authentically engaging and fostering lasting connections beyond transactions.
• Recruit, retain, and develop exceptional teams; plan succession and internal mobility.
• Partner with the Divisional Sales Manager and Human Resources to identify and resolve performance issues and policy violations.
• Implement visual merchandising directives, efficient operational processes, and continuous talent development.

Qualifications

• At least 3‑5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high‑performance selling environment.
• Results‑oriented leadership and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Charismatic ability to charm and captivate audiences at all levels of the organization.
• Sharp business acumen and analytical thinking to deliver positive results.
• Proven recruiting, retaining, and developing talent, with succession planning experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite and retail point of sale systems.
• Age 18 or older with proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift 50 + pounds, and adapt to a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Successful completion of an assessment emailed upon application submission.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $62,400.00 – $78,000.00, commensurate with experience.
