Job summary

Scooter’s Coffee in West Omaha is seeking a Store Manager to lead staffing, sales and daily operations. You will build a friendly, service-oriented barista team, maintain store standards, and drive profitability while upholding integrity, love, humility, and courage.

Responsibilities include hiring/training, managing expenses, and ensuring excellent customer experiences with our brand beverage recipes and service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent and quality customer experience through execution of brand beverage recipes and techniques, and fostering the Scooter’s “Amazing” customer service experience.
• Maintain store appearance, cleanliness, visual merchandising standards, food safety standards, and equipment.
• Interview, hire, train, and develop staff to demonstrate all company standards in customer experience and operations.
• Support ongoing performance feedback and development for staff members, in partnership with the Store Manager.
• Contribute to store profitability by seeking opportunities to increase sales and by managing expenses.
• Encourage and support full team participation in setting store goals.
• Maintain awareness of daily, weekly, and quarterly financial reports.
• Maintain final accountability for store operations including ordering, scheduling and inventory counts.
