OXARC seeks a Store/Warehouse Manager in Twin Falls, ID to direct store and warehouse operations, implement policies, and ensure prompt customer service. Responsibilities

• Ensure store counter is adequately staffed during business hours.
• Maintain proper levels of inventory.
• Ensure staff assists sales personnel whenever possible.
• Ensure store and display areas are arranged to maximize sales.
• Train store personnel to ensure accuracy and completeness of invoices.
• Plan, coordinate and/or conduct training needs of the branch.
• Handle complex customer issues; assist/train staff in resolving issues.
• Resolve all cash short and overages of store register and document cash taken.

OXARC,** a regional leader in industrial gas and welding supply distribution, is seeking a dedicated Store/Warehouse Manager to join the team at their Twin Falls, ID location.

This is a key role where you will be responsible for directing and supervising all activities of the store and warehouse, as well as implementing all established OXARC policies and procedures and ensuring customer needs are met through prompt and courteous service.

If you have at least 2 years of management experience, strong organizational skills, proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office products, and the ability to occasionally lift 50-70 pounds, OXARC wants to hear from you! Welding/Industrial Gas supply industry experience preferred but not required.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years management experience.
• 3-5 Years Industry Experience Preferred.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Ability to manage and motivate staff.
• Must be organized, have good reasoning skills, and time management skills.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet use.
• Frequently required to reach with hands and arms, stand, occasionally required to stoop, knell, crouch or crawl, sit, climb or balance.
• Occasionally be required to lift up to 50-70 pounds.
• Must pass drug screen and background check.

Essential duties/responsibilities:

• Ensure store counter is adequately staffed during business hours.
• Maintain proper levels of inventory.
• Ensure staff assists sales personnel whenever possible.
• Ensure store and display/demonstration areas are arranged to maximize sales.
• Train store personnel to ensure accuracy and completeness of invoices before transmitting to office for processing.
• Plan, coordinate and/or conduct training needs of the branch.
• Handle complex customer issues; assist/train store personnel in resolving customer complaints/issues.
• Resolve all cash short and overages of store register and document all cash taken from the register for cash purchases, advances, etc.
