Job summary

Crema Gourmet in Florida is seeking a Store Manager to lead the restaurant, grow the team and own the guest experience end to end. You’ll run the front and back of house, coach the team, manage scheduling and standards, and make decisions that keep guests coming back.

You’ll hire and coach the team, own daily operations, scheduling and standards, drive sales, labor and cost targets, and create a welcoming, second-home experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• 2+ years restaurant leadership experience.
• Calm, organized and people-first.
• Comfortable owning P&L and KPIs.
• Open availability including weekends.
