Job summary

Crema Gourmet is seeking a Store Manager to lead the restaurant, grow the team, and own the guest experience from check-in to check-out. You will run the front and back of house, coach staff, manage scheduling, uphold standards, and drive sales while controlling labor and costs.

As Store Manager you run the whole restaurant — front and back. You’ll lead and coach the team, own scheduling and standards, hit your numbers, and make the judgment calls that keep guests coming back. Most of our managers started behind the bar; this is where hospitality becomes leadership.
