Job summary

Crema Gourmet in Silver Shores, Florida, seeks a Store Manager to lead the restaurant end to end, grow the team and own the guest experience. You’ll oversee front and back of house, coach the team, manage scheduling and standards, and drive performance to keep guests coming back.

You’ll start as a hands-on leader, build operations, own daily P&L and KPIs, and create a welcoming second-home vibe for every guest with weekend availability.

As Store Manager you run the whole restaurant — front and back. You’ll lead and coach the team, own scheduling and standards, hit your numbers, and make the judgment calls that keep guests coming back. Most of our managers started behind the bar; this is where hospitality becomes leadership.
