Job summary

Crema Gourmet is seeking a Store Manager to lead the restaurant end-to-end in Florida. You will guide the team, manage scheduling and standards, and drive guest satisfaction to ensure repeat visits.

You will own daily operations, oversee P&L and KPIs, and focus on hitting sales and cost targets while creating a welcoming, second-home experience for every guest.

Lead the restaurant, grow the team and own the guest experience end to end.

As Store Manager you run the whole restaurant — front and back. You’ll lead and coach the team, own scheduling and standards, hit your numbers, and make the judgment calls that keep guests coming back. Most of our managers started behind the bar; this is where hospitality becomes leadership.
