NAPA in Stockton, CA is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a high-energy team and drive store performance. You will own P&L, develop sales initiatives, and foster strong wholesale relationships while delivering exceptional customer care in a fast-paced auto parts environment.

The role emphasizes team leadership, safety, asset protection, and continuous process improvement with competitive pay and solid benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Passion for delivering customer care and building long term relationships.
• Knowledge of inventory controls, stocking levels and seasonal shifts.
• Personal drive, self-motivation and initiative to accomplish business goals.
• Customer focus and high energy in fast-paced stores.
• Ability to operate a cash register and navigate computer systems.
• Technical or trade school courses or degree a plus.
• Experience in automotive/retail environments a plus.
• ASE Certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities
