Job summary

NAPA Portland, ME is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a dynamic auto parts team. You will steer operations, optimize profit and growth, and ensure top-tier customer care in a busy retail setting.

In this role you will build and develop a capable crew, manage inventory and workflows, and collaborate with leadership to map out initiatives that improve safety, appearance and performance while maintaining strong asset protection and store standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Passion for delivering customer care and building long term relationships.
• Knowledge of inventory controls, stocking levels and seasonal shifts is a plus.
• Personal drive, self-motivation and initiative to accomplish business goals.
• Customer focus and high energy in fast-paced stores.
• Ability to operate a cash register and navigate computer and catalog systems.

Responsibilities
