NAPA is seeking an experienced Store Manager in Baltimore to lead a high-performing auto parts team. You will drive growth, manage profits, and oversee daily operations while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include building wholesale accounts, coaching staff, optimizing inventory, and safeguarding store assets. This role emphasizes ownership, collaboration, and a focus on safety and appearance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in retail leadership and P&L ownership is preferred.
• Strong customer-service orientation and team leadership.
