General Description
Generate Sales

Principle Duties and Responsibilities
Control Expenses
- Protect company assets within retail policies.
- Prepare store schedules ensuring proper coverage while controlling wages.
- Manage inventory accurately, including receiving, transferring, and pricing.
- Maintain proper documentation and record-keeping, complying with laws.
- Open and close the store following operational procedures.
Supervise Associates
- Manage store staff through training, goal setting, and follow-up.
- Recruit, develop, and train personnel to meet operational goals.
- Handle disciplinary actions following company policies and approval from higher management.
- Ensure compliance with policies, safeguarding inventory and property.
- Perform supervisory duties as needed and communicate effectively across all levels.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Knowledge & Skills
- Post-secondary education (2 years) and 1 year of related experience or equivalent.
- Ability to produce sales results and minimize loss.
- Proven supervisory skills and capacity to train and assess staff.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Computer proficiency and ability to operate relevant software.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work with hands overhead.
- Standing for up to 100% of the work time.
- Willingness to travel overnight for training and meetings.
