Job summary

Amtel Wireless | Metro by T-Mobile at Auburn is seeking a Store Manager to lead and develop the sales team, uphold store standards, and drive exceptional customer experiences.

You will be responsible for day-to-day operations, achieving sales targets, and building a high-energy, customer-focused environment in our retail location. The role emphasizes coaching, recruiting, and effective communication to maximize performance.

Qualifications

• Open work availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• At least 18 years of age
• A background check may be performed as part of the hiring process
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time in a retail store environment.
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Coach, train and develop your team daily.
• Maintain operational standards to ensure inventory, revenue, promotions, displays and store environment for all customers.
• Recruit, interview and successfully retain a highly engaged sales team.

As a Store Manager, you will lead your team by creating a culture around superior customer experience, consistent sales delivery, operational standards, and team development! The Store Manager should be a passionate leader capable of multi-tasking, attention to detail, and energetic about helping the employees and customers that enter their store! Every Store Manager should lead by example in regard to sales, store experience, and operations.
