Amtel Wireless | Metro by T-Mobile at Oates is seeking a Retail Sales Manager to lead a busy storefront in Dothan, AL. You will coach, train and develop your team daily, uphold store standards, and drive a culture of exceptional customer experience and sales performance.

Open to mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, you will recruit, retain and mentor sales staff while coordinating marketing efforts and promotions to maximize revenue.

Qualifications

• Open work availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• At least 18 years of age.
• A background check may be performed as part of the hiring process.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time in a retail store environment.
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.

As a Store Manager, you will lead your team by creating a culture around superior customer experience, consistent sales delivery, operational standards, and team development! The Store Manager should be a passionate leader capable of multi-tasking, attention to detail, and energetic about helping the employees and customers that enter their store! Every Store Manager should lead by example in regard to sales, store experience, and operations.
