Job summary

Amtel Wireless I Metro by T-Mobile Livonia is seeking a Store Manager to lead a sales team in a dynamic Metro by T-Mobile store. You will foster a culture of exceptional customer experience, drive sales results, and ensure operational standards across the shop.

Responsibilities include coaching and developing the team daily; maintaining inventory, promotions, displays, and store environment; recruiting and retaining a strong sales staff; and leading local marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Open work availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• At least 18 years of age
• A background check may be performed as part of the hiring process
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time in a retail store environment.
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.

As a Store Manager, you will lead your team by creating a culture around superior customer experience, consistent sales delivery, operational standards, and team development! The Store Manager should be a passionate leader capable of multi-tasking, attention to detail, and energetic about helping the employees and customers that enter their store! Every Store Manager should lead by example in regard to sales, store experience, and operations.
