EZCORP in Sheridan, Colorado is seeking a Store Team Leader to guide and coach a team of 3 to 10+ sales associates. You will focus on delivering outstanding customer service, building relationships, and negotiating pawn and sales transactions.

Starting pay is $48,000 per year, with competitive bonus potential and full benefits. You will lead store operations, mentor staff, and drive performance in a fast-paced retail environment that supports career growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years in a management role.
• Ability to offer and describe various solutions to customers.
• Strategic and tactical management skills.
• Criminal background check and drug test clearance.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Background of achieving targets in a performance-driven environment.
• Marketing and community outreach abilities a plus.
• Pawn knowledge and bilingual ability a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing reports and profitability statements and providing recommendations and action plans.
• Recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training Team Members while monitoring and appraising performance.
• Providing ongoing coaching and development to assist Team Members in achieving their goals.
• Scheduling and assigning Team Members to meet store requirements and following up on results.
• Ensuring pricing and timely markdowns follow guidelines.
• Securing merchandise by implementing security systems and measures.
• Marketing and displaying merchandise to meet store standards while ensuring safety.
• Complying with all legal requirements.
• Maintaining operations by coordinating and enforcing policies and procedures.
