Job summary

EZCORP is hiring Retail Sales Associate / Retail Customer Service (Pawnbroker) in Englewood, Colorado. Start as a Trainee in our 5-week paid training program and earn a $0.50 raise with promotion to Pawnbroker upon completion.

Continue to grow via the Pawnbroker Certification Program to earn an additional $1/hour, with potential to advance to Lead Pawnbroker and a path to Assistant Manager with a 6-month training plan.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Customer service, cashier, or retail experience helpful.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently and as a team.
• Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test after a conditional offer.
• Knowledge of commonly pawned items is a plus.
• Bilingual ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service by greeting customers, interacting with customers in person and on the phone.
